HomeGrown Territory Grants
The Northern Territory offers several government grants and incentives to help first home buyers get into the market sooner. Here’s what you may be eligible for:

- Buying or Building A New Home – $50,000 for first-home buyers to put towards building or buying their first home. You can also use it for a new transportable home, as long as it's permanently fixed and legally approved to be lived in.
- Buying an established Home – The HomeGrown Territory Grant extends the First Home Owner Grant to $10,000 for first-home buyers to put towards the purchase of an established home. This includes, houses, townhouses and apartments.
- Existing Home Owners - Existing home owners may be eligible for the FreshStart New Home Grant which offers $30,000.00 to purchase or build a new home.

4. Choosing the Best Loan - Not all loans are created equal! We compare loan products from multiple lenders, assessing interest rates, fees, loan features and repayment options to find the best solution for you. Our goal is to structure your loan in a way that aligns with your financial objectives.
5. Submitting your Loan Application - Once you've chosen a lender, we take care of the application process for you. We’ll ensure all documents are correctly prepared and submitted, meeting lender requirements to improve the likelihood of a smooth approval process.
6. Loan Approval & Property Valuation - The lender will assess your application and conduct a property valuation to confirm its value. Once your loan is formally approved, you’ll receive a loan offer outlining the terms and conditions. We’ll guide you through this step and answer any questions you may have.
7. Settlement & Getting the Keys - We work with your conveyancer or solicitor to ensure everything is in order for settlement day. Once the process is complete, the funds are transferred and the property is officially yours! Time to celebrate - you’re a homeowner!
